Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions apply to Infinite Care’s Basic Daily Fee (Respite) Waiver Promotion (Promotion). This Promotion is available to new residents entering a participating Infinite Care residential aged care facility as a respite admission between 9:00am 27th of May 2024 and 5:00pm, 30th July 2024 (Admission Deadline). This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offers. If you are eligible to participate in the Promotion, Infinite Care agrees it will waive the Basic Daily Fee (also known as Standard Resident Contribution) from the date of admission up to and including the earlier of (i) your date of discharge or (ii) 4 weeks after the date of admission. ‘Care Fees’ refers to Daily Care Fee only, other costs such as medications may apply, each new resident is entitled to only 4 weeks in total of waiver of the Daily Care Fee. All other fees payable (including but not limited to additional services fees) (Fees) are not included in this Promotion and are payable in accordance with the terms of the resident agreement. Notwithstanding any other terms of the Promotion, if at any time during your residency you fail to pay to us when due any Fees associated with your stay with Infinite Care, the Promotion will not apply and you will be liable to pay Infinite Care the full amount of Basic Daily Fees applicable from the date of your admission. Infinite Care reserve the right to cancel or vary terms at any time.
