Services

Our Services

Infinite Care services cater for every stage of life within residential aged care. All you need to do is relax in the knowledge that you are home and in safe and caring hands.

Permanent Residential Care

Our care and service experiences focus on enhancing and enabling you to continue to live your best life. We achieve this by encouraging active participation and consistent input into your care. This is done through regular re-assessment, care planning, reviews, and case management stages that promote your independence and connection with your community. We support you to live productively, be healthy, feel you have purpose and stay connected to your community.

Respite Care

Everything is provided to allow our respite guests an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the safe surrounds of one of our homes. Rooms are fully furnished, well-appointed and ready for you to have a break. They provide a comfortable setting, designed for relaxation and enjoyment, where family and friends are always welcome, and laundry and all meals are fully catered for throughout your respite experience.

Palliative Care

We believe that when people are well supported, the last chapter of life can be a good one, full of surprises and expressions of love. It’s about being together to support you and help make the most of the time you have. Palliative Care identifies and treats symptoms which may be physical, emotional, spiritual or social. Our care includes providing support to families through the journey to ensure they feel part of the process and are treated with equal respect and compassion.

Connecting with Infinite Care

At Infinite Care we prioritise connection any way we can, because connection is what drives us a humans. It feeds our souls and governs our emotions. Whether meaningful connections in our homes are formed through mealtimes, at our concerts or activities, or through sharing stories, we strive to build a strong sense of community and belonging for our residents, their loved ones and our team. This contributes to an infectious happiness for everyone who enters our homes.
