We believe that understanding and embracing these strengthened standards is crucial. That’s why we’ve developed a structured and engaging rollout plan that commenced in March. Our strategy is designed to ensure everyone – from staff to residents – feels informed, involved, and excited about the upcoming changes.

Here’s how we’re making it happen:

Launching the Standards in Style

We’ll kick off our rollout with two weeks dedicated to introducing the standards as a whole. This period involved interactive activities, fun celebrations, and educational sessions to build awareness and enthusiasm. We’re talking launch cakes, balloons, and games that reinforce the significance of the new standards – all while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Focused Learning and Fun

Following the initial launch, we’ll dedicate two weeks to each individual standard. During these focus periods:

• Staff and residents are encouraged to dress in the colour associated with that specific standard to enhance engagement and create a memorable visual reminder of the change.
• Each week will feature tailored educational activities, ensuring everyone understands what the standard entails and how it benefits our residents.
• Interactive games and activities will reinforce key messages in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Education is key to a smooth transition. To ensure our team feels confident and prepared, we’re investing heavily in:
