Working in Aged Care is my second career chapter after many years in travel. During COVID, I began to seek new areas of work that would feel more rewarding and to be a part of supporting others.

I feel so blessed to have discovered working within Talent Acquisition for aged care, as every day I am speaking with caring individuals seeking to further their own rewarding career in supporting the elderly. It is a joy to be a part of connecting care workers to Infinite Care, and bring the highest quality of care to our residents in the process.

While Allison works as a nurse, she also brings so much joy to our residents and team through her incredibly generous spirit and creativity! Allison single handedly sewed 1000 felt hearts to be given out to residents, staff and visitors as part of our 1000 hearts collaboration, and has recently crocheted over 130 worry worms (and still going!!) to bring a smile and comfort to our residents, teams members and visitors.
