Everyone went above and beyond, comforting her quietly, gently bathing and turning her and making her as comfortable as possible. Family members were made welcome and cared for as well. We were kept informed and allowed to take part in the treatment choices. Mum’s room was simply full of love. We cannot praise the care provided highly enough. Michael the manager has done a wonderful job choosing the right staff which has made a difference. Our family would like to thank the management team and all nursing staff members from the bottom of our hearts. You treated Mum like a family member and we will be forever grateful.
