It’s been over 6 weeks now since we lost mum and I’ve tried so many times to write this, but the time was too soon, but here we are now. I’m writing to you today to offer our sincere thanks to you all for your care, understanding, patience and compassion over the last 3 years whilst mum was with you. The transition for mum into care was difficult, as you would expect, but it became necessary after so many falls. Mum always said she was happy living there and she made the best out of it.
