“My mum was recently in respite here for a couple of weeks. Tess and the staff were amazing! Mum’s been in 4 different places for respite over the last 5 years, and Rose Court by far has the best staff! I watched how they treat all their residents when they didn’t know anyone was watching, and they were very caring and dealt with difficult residents really well. Usually, my mum complains about everything from the staff, food, pathetic exercise sessions, etc., in each other place she’s been to, and the only thing she complained about was the other residents not being as sociable as her… lol Big thanks to all the staff there, and hopefully Mum won’t need your services again, but if she does, you will be my first call!
