I have been with Infinite Care for a year and a half, and I genuinely enjoy working with my team. I take great pride in my work, striving to do my best each day. It is especially rewarding to conclude the week knowing that all new starters are fully compliant for the upcoming week. I have also made some great friendships.

Working in aged care connects me to a deeper sense of purpose in my work life! Heading up the talent function, our team are privileged to attract and hire the best talent for all our facilities, our teams, and most importantly our residents. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the individuals we bring on board are skilled carers and support staff who are committed to helping our residents live the life they desire at Infinite – every single day!

I feel an immense sense of pride and purpose working in aged care, I love the sense of community and the positive difference I am able to make to residents’ quality of life. It is such a profound privilege to form such meaningful connections with residents, families and co-workers.

I have worked in the aged care sector since 2015, needless to say I love what we do. The team work that goes in to delivering the best service and care is why we’re here. I could not imagine a more rewarding career path and appreciate everyone in aged care for the respective roles they play.

Working in Aged Care is my second career chapter after many years in travel. During COVID, I began to seek new areas of work that would feel more rewarding and to be a part of supporting others. I feel so blessed to have discovered working within Talent Acquisition for aged care, as every day I am speaking with caring individuals seeking to further their own rewarding career in supporting the elderly.
