About Us

Who are Infinite Care?

We are an Australian residential aged care provider with over 30 years’ experience in delivering quality aged care to the elderly.

Your new home at Infinite Care will ensure you are supported to live like you’re at home and we provide services that are built around you as you want and need them. You choose the services that enable your choices and maintain your independence and dignity.

We understand that you want to be cared for like family in a supportive and nurturing environment. Our Infinite Care communities ensure that our residents, families, passionate team and the local communities we operate in remain connected, cared for and that wellbeing is the highest priority.

We strive every day to ensure that #WeMakeAgedCareGreat.  Anything less than having experiences and services which are dynamic, responsive, and differentiated isn’t good enough. Every moment of our service delivery counts to ensure our residents are seen for who they are, who they may have been in a younger version and that they are valued.

As an employer we aim to stand out. We hire for heart and our team won’t accept anything less than a passion for aged care. Our team and residents inspire us to innovate and be constantly improving our business every day. Our team are very important to our residents and to us!

Working in aged care reminds us daily of the importance of social, community and family connectedness, what the important stuff in life is about, and a deep respect for the wisdom that age brings. Daily we are shown by residents the lessons of resilience that can only come from living long and fulfilling lives.

Our Vision

Infinite Care’s vision is to be an Australian leader and innovator of residential aged care. We will deliver resident centred care services with a total focus on making you feel at home. Our team is highly skilled and has an enhanced ability to provide the best care services possible.

Our Values

We are openhearted and open-minded. We give, and foster deep respect for our residents and members of our team. We understand that everyone is different and we accommodate that in how we communicate and interact with each other. We do not judge.

People matter to us. We are attentive, supportive and encouraging to our residents and to each other. We understand that to be compassionate we need to sometimes talk less, ask good questions and listen deeply to our residents and each other.

We influence outcomes through our leadership. We take action. We learn by doing. We will band together when things don’t work out and treat failure as a learning experience. We will use it as an opportunity to mentor others and our team to grow to enable us to provide improved care to our residents.

Service excellence is paramount in all our actions. We will be creative and innovative. We will challenge the status quo and follow new and untraveled paths in the way we run and build our business. We aim to be visionaries in aged care; we test boundaries and don’t accept that the status quo is okay. We work towards a higher purpose of customer service towards our residents and also to each other.

We don’t just talk about it – we deliver. We do what we say we will do and make care decisions in the best interests of the residents that we serve. We remain openhearted and open-minded in all we do. Like our residents, we each allow ourselves to be vulnerable, honest and transparent.

If something needs to happen we know and understand that we are each empowered to take action. We recognise potential in our teams, we nurture them to do the best they can in their roles, we give them the space to find their own feet and encourage them to be the champions of change.

I have been with Infinite Care for a year and a half, and I genuinely enjoy working with my team. I take great pride in my work, striving to do my best each day. It is especially rewarding to conclude the week knowing that all new starters are fully compliant for the upcoming week. I have also made some great friendships.
Nimrat, Personal Care Worker

I am here for the residents and feel I am doing what I have to do to give them the best care. I am very particular about infection control and I tell anyone about what we need to do to keep the residents safe. I make sure they are getting a good quality of life.
Maddie, Lawyer

I commenced my first role in Aged Care law in 2018, taking a break and coming back just 18 months later to an inhouse role. I couldn’t stay away! I have been so pleasantly surprised by how positive everyone here is, no matter how hard the day may be. I love experiencing the personal satisfaction of knowing that I am doing a job that genuinely makes a difference. No two days here are ever the same and I bring energy,...
Christa, Hotel Services
Christies Beach SA
Christa found herself working in the kitchen of our Christies Beach Facility after she initially applied believing it was a restaurant many years ago! She then added cleaning, laundry and caring to her skillset and would work these four different shifts each fortnight, motivated by being the provider for her family and fulfilling her life-long travel dream. She now loves working in laundry and loves the hotel service team. Christa always dreamt of seeing the pyramids in Egypt and not...

While Allison works as a nurse, she also brings so much joy to our residents and team through her incredibly generous spirit and creativity! Allison single handedly sewed 1000 felt hearts to be given out to residents, staff and visitors as part of our 1000 hearts collaboration, and has recently crocheted over 130 worry worms (and still going!!) to bring a smile and comfort to our residents, teams members and visitors. We are so very grateful for her Infinite generosity...

In 2018 Cici began working in aged care as an RN. She loved it and grew to understand the purpose and importance of aged care, and never left the field. Cici’s favourite thing about being in aged care is being able to make and see the changes for the better by implementing long term goals.
