- Prepare, plate and serve meals that meet residents’ dietary, cultural and clinical needs
- Support smooth kitchen and dining operations across each shift
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and infection control standards at all times
- Work respectfully around residents’ routines, preferences and dignity

What you will need for a hospitality & culinary role
- Experience in hospitality, catering or food services is valued – we will train the right person
- Strong focus on cleanliness, food safety and attention to detail
