ABOUT US / One Community
One Community
Our Infinite Care One Community program is designed to bring together people of all ages to create meaningful connections, foster mutual understanding, and enrich lives.
Bringing the Community Together
At Infinite Care, we believe belonging and community means feeling like part of something bigger than you – feeling seen and valued. One Community is designed to foster inclusivity, connection, and purpose for everyone who lives, works, volunteers, or visits our homes.
Infinite’s One Community initiatives bring together people of all ages and backgrounds – residents, families, employees, local groups and community partners – to share experiences, build relationships, and celebrate what makes each of us unique. From school visits and cultural events to creative workshops and volunteer engagement, every interaction is a chance to nurture community connection.
Our programs make a meaningful impact across our homes by breaking down barriers, reducing loneliness, and offering everyone a place to truly belong. They showcase our commitment to equality, inclusion, and the power of ‘one’ community.
We’re proud to offer a wide range of programs as part of Infinite Care’s One Community, including:
Infin8 Mini Bears
Our Infin8 Mini Bear playgroups provide an opportunity for local day cares and schools to join our residents for activities, fun, and shared stories.
Annual Easter Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
Our annual Alice in Wonderland-themed event brings residents and friends together for high-tea, entertainment, and hats, lots of hats!
Teddy Bears’ Picnic
This annual special event invites everyone, young and old, to bring along a beloved bear, enjoy a delicious picnic, and participate in some bear-y fun activities.Â
Our Infinite TableÂ
Warding off loneliness, one meal at a time, though our regular long table lunches aimed at bringing our communities together over a love of food!
Annual Gnome Springtacular
The gnomes take over our homes in September when we embrace all things Springtime!
Pen Pal Program

Volunteens
A new program aimed at encouraging ongoing volunteer opportunities for students aged 16 to 24 years.
Annual Easter Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
Step into the magic of our Annual Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, where residents, families, and friends come together to celebrate Easter in true Alice in Wonderland style.
With whimsical decorations, live entertainment, and of course, an abundance of quirky hats, this special event is all about creating joyful memories, sparking laughter, and building meaningful connections across generations. Join us at the table for a high-tea experience like no other.
Introducing Our Infinite Table
In August 2024 we proudly launched Our Infinite Table, during Loneliness Awareness Week.
These long table events are designed to bring our communities together over a shared meal to foster connection, friendship, and meaningful conversations. Everyone is welcome at Our Infinite Table, regardless of age, background, or culture, as we celebrate the richness of our shared experiences and diverse interests.Â
We love our volunteers
We also know that it takes a village to support our residents in every way they need. Sometimes all they need it someone to sit and talk to, and that’s where our volunteers bring so much to our home communities.
Often family members, or friends with some spare time on their hands, our volunteer program – we like to call it the ‘Infinite Village’ – is open to anyone who has some extra time, love and TLC to give. We find our volunteers bring so much value and laughter to our communities, and that they get as much out of it as we do.
Connecting with Infinite Care
At Infinite Care we prioritise connection any way we can, because connection is what drives us a humans. It feeds our souls and governs our emotions. Whether meaningful connections in our homes are formed through mealtimes, at our concerts or activities, or through sharing stories, we strive to build a strong sense of community and belonging for our residents, their loved ones and our team. This contributes to an infectious happiness for everyone who enters our homes. Â
