About infinite care

Who we are

A trusted Australian residential aged care provider, supporting older Australians to live well with dignity and connection

Infinite Care is a trusted Australian residential aged care provider with more than 30 years’ experience supporting older Australians to live with dignity, comfort and connection. We provide residential aged care across Australia, creating homes where people are known, valued and supported to truly belong.

Our approach is grounded in person‑centred care, strong relationships and respect for each individual’s life story, preferences and choices. We believe aged care is not just about services, it’s about creating supportive communities where residents, families, care teams and local connections come together.

Our purpose

Our purpose is simple: to create homes where people feel they truly belong. From the way we design our homes to the way our teams support daily life, everything we do is guided by dignity, respect and genuine human connection.

A growing community of care

Infinite Care continues to grow as an organisation, strengthening our ability to support residents, families and care teams now and into the future.

Autumn Aged Care, a respected Victorian residential aged care provider, is now part of Infinite Care. Autumn continues to operate under its own name and local leadership, while benefiting from shared expertise, systems and governance.

We’re proud of our passionate, caring people, the real faces and voices behind our community, who bring our values to life and help make Infinite Care a place where everyone belongs.

Nicola, Talent Acquisition Officer
Business Support Centre
I have been with Infinite Care for a year and a half, and I genuinely enjoy working with my team. I take great pride in my work, striving to do my best each day. It is especially rewarding to conclude the week knowing that all new starters are fully compliant for the upcoming week. I have also made some great friendships.
Nimrat, Personal Care Worker
Klemzig SA
I am here for the residents and feel I am doing what I have to do to give them the best care. I am very particular about infection control and I tell anyone about what we need to do to keep the residents safe. I make sure they are getting a good quality of life.
Maddie, Senior Legal Advisor
Business Support Centre
I commenced my first role in Aged Care law in 2018, taking a break and coming back just 18 months later to an inhouse role. I couldn’t stay away! I have been so pleasantly surprised by how positive everyone here is, no matter how hard the day may be. I love experiencing the personal satisfaction of knowing that I am doing a job that genuinely makes a difference. No two days here are ever the same and I bring energy,...
Christa, Hotel Services
Christies Beach SA
Christa found herself working in the kitchen of our Christies Beach Facility after she initially applied believing it was a restaurant many years ago! She then added cleaning, laundry and caring to her skillset and would work these four different shifts each fortnight, motivated by being the provider for her family and fulfilling her life-long travel dream. She now loves working in laundry and loves the hotel service team. Christa always dreamt of seeing the pyramids in Egypt and not...
Allison, Enrolled Nurse
Ipswich QLD
While Allison works as a nurse, she also brings so much joy to our residents and team through her incredibly generous spirit and creativity! Allison single handedly sewed 1000 felt hearts to be given out to residents, staff and visitors as part of our 1000 hearts collaboration, and has recently crocheted over 130 worry worms (and still going!!) to bring a smile and comfort to our residents, teams members and visitors. We are so very grateful for her Infinite generosity...
Denise, Lifestyle Assistant
Ipswich QLD
Denise has been with us since October 2020 and is an integral part of our Lifestyle team. Denise’s fantastic sense of humour and love of all things creative has brought 1000s of smiles to our residents. Her thoughts are never far from thinking up new ways of bringing different experiences to our residents, and she spends a lot of her own time scouring the shops to see what will inspire and delight them!
Milind, Clinical Governance Support
Ipswich QLD
Milind has years of experience in the health care system and brings valuable clinical knowledge and leadership qualities to aged care. He also has a small family who he enjoys spending time with his family after work hours. He also loves watching movies and spending time reading books.
Cici, Clinical Manager
Edmonton QLD
In 2018 Cici began working in aged care as an RN. She loved it and grew to understand the purpose and importance of aged care, and never left the field. Cici’s favourite thing about being in aged care is being able to make and see the changes for the better by implementing long term goals.
Sarah, Communications and Engagement Partner
Business Support Centre
Coming from a non aged care background I make sure I always approach our marketing campaigns with a fresh perspective. I get so much satisfaction from being a small part of bringing some fun and colour to our residents and team.
