What you will do in nursing role at Infinite Care
In this role, you will:
- Deliver safe, high-quality, resident-centred clinical care
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
- Administer medications and manage clinical documentation
- Develop, implement, and review care plans
- Lead by example and support care staff and junior team members
- Communicate compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and accreditation standards
What you will need - RN/ EN requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team focused approach
- A genuine commitment to resident-centred aged care
- Experience in aged care, or a strong interest in building a career in the sector
- Able to meet company and industry compliance requirements
