Infinite Care is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to join Anglicare Sydney, creating a leading national faith based for‑purpose residential aged care provider.
Subject to relevant approvals and conditions precedent, completion of the transaction is expected around May 2026.
This next chapter brings together two organisations with shared values and a deep commitment to caring for older Australians, growing total capacity to around 4,600 beds across 42 homes, with approximately 7,000 staff across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
At a time of critical need in aged care, this agreement strengthens clinical capability, responds to growing demand and supports future development opportunities across the portfolio.
Strengthening care, capability & community
Luke Greive, Chief Executive Officer of Infinite Care, said this was an important step in strengthening the delivery high‑quality, whole‑of‑person care.

Infinite Care’s capabilities will be strengthened across aged care, dementia care, and palliative care, supporting residents and families as needs evolve.
Continuity of care remains the same
Residents will continue to receive the same high‑quality care from the same trusted teams they know today. Operations will continue as normal throughout the transition, with a strong focus on continuity, stability and minimising disruption.
Infinite Care will continue to operate under the Infinite Care brand for the foreseeable future.
Anglicare Sydney Chief Executive Officer Simon Miller said the transaction reflects a shared commitment to building scale, quality and sustainability in a rapidly changing sector.
