“I recently visited Knox Aged Care and had a really positive experience. The tour was excellent, clear, informative, and gave me a great understanding of how the home operates and the care provided. Every staff member I encountered was engaged, friendly, and took the time to greet me, which immediately created a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out most was seeing the residents so happy and at ease, smiling, chatting, and genuinely connecting with one another. There was a lovely sense of community throughout the home. The food also looked and smelt amazing, which added to the overall impression that a lot of thought and care goes into daily life here. Knox is a place that truly feels warm, vibrant, and well run.”

“A friend of mine recently moved into Infinite Care Knoxfield, and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t entirely on board when I first heard about it. I had certain ideas in my head about what it would be like, and I couldn’t have been more wrong. This place is nothing like what you’d expect. From the moment you walk in, it feels more like a holiday retreat than aged care. In fact, I’ve caught myself half-jokingly wondering how I can become a resident too, it genuinely feels like a retiree’s dream. The facilities are impressive. There’s a theatre complete with a popcorn machine that takes me straight back to my younger days, a small but well-equipped gym, a hairdresser, GP consulting rooms, and soon pathology services, all conveniently located in the main entry area. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been friendly, caring, and accommodating, nothing ever seems like too much trouble. I’ve visited many friends in aged care over the years, but nowhere else has ever made me think about selling up and moving in myself. I don’t know who the CEO is, but I’d like to say thank you for finally creating a place where older people can truly feel at home and enjoy it. Keep up the great work, and keep an eye on that community garden… I’ll be back with big plans.”

“Honestly, Infinite at Hahndorf is a truly amazing place, with friendly staff members who make the residents & their families feel at ease & are eager to help with everything they can. My dad wasn’t 100% about going into care again as he has dementia but as soon as he joined their family he actually smiled & was excited to start making new friends which helped me & my mum feel stoked that we choose for this to be his new home.”
